We are looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Safe Staffing Coordinator to join our team , this is a permanent position, at 0.8 FTE.

In this dynamic role, youll partner with clinical leaders to support safe staffing initiatives, optimise workforce systems, analyse staffing data, and deliver training across services.

Youll play a key part in driving the success of our Care Capacity Demand Management programme, utilising Trendcare as our acuity tool, while supporting teams to make informed staffing decisions.

To thrive in this role, youll bring a background as a Registered Nurse, preferably having worked in an area where CCDM has been implemented, confidence working with digital systems, and a natural ability to build relationships across our Directorates.
