• Permanent roles available (negotiable part time or full time FTE for the right candidate)

About the Role

In this varied role, you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning of inpatient and outpatient areas, whānau accommodation, and wider Wilson Centre facilities
• Orderly duties including linen management, rubbish and recycling handling, and meal delivery
• Driving responsibilities, including transporting tamariki and whānau to appointments and supporting service transport needs

This is a rostered position working day shifts across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Has previous cleaning experience
• Demonstrates initiative, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently
• Provides excellent customer service with compassion and empathy
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills
• Is culturally aware and able to work effectively with diverse communities
• Is physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role
• Holds a full, clean New Zealand drivers licence

As you will be working closely with children and their whānau, a high level of sensitivity, discretion, and professionalism is essential.

• Valid drivers licence
• Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand
