About the Role
In this varied role, you will be responsible for:
- Cleaning of inpatient and outpatient areas, whānau accommodation, and wider Wilson Centre facilities
- Orderly duties including linen management, rubbish and recycling handling, and meal delivery
- Driving responsibilities, including transporting tamariki and whānau to appointments and supporting service transport needs
This is a rostered position working day shifts across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays.

About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a strong team player with a positive attitude
- Has previous cleaning experience
- Demonstrates initiative, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently
- Provides excellent customer service with compassion and empathy
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Is culturally aware and able to work effectively with diverse communities
- Is physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role
- Holds a full, clean New Zealand drivers licence
As you will be working closely with children and their whānau, a high level of sensitivity, discretion, and professionalism is essential.
