About the Role

The Patient Service Centre (PSC) at Health New Zealand Waitematā are looking for a highly experienced Senior Clerical Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full time basis. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Surgical Specialty administration team, working under the guidance of the Perioperative Nurse Coordinator Lead.

This role is covered by the PSA National Health Administration Workers collective agreement and is mapped to salary band 6.

About you

To be successful in this role, youll have at least 3 years of administrative experience with Health NZ patient management systems (or similar). It is essential that you have a good command of the English language (both written and verbal) and promote a professional image whilst providing excellent customer service. Your empathetic nature coupled with your desire to help those around you, will quickly see you succeed in this role.
