About the Role
Our busy Clinical Transcription Service has a vacancy for a full-time Senior Clinical Transcriptionist working Monday to Friday. This role is responsible for providing efficient, timely, high quality, and customer-focussed transcription services.
This exciting opportunity has the potential to be a teleworking / working from home role for the right individual. However, if your preference is to remain working onsite from Takapuna in our amazing transcription team then we can accommodate this. In addition, the role may assist with the review, audit, and grammatical refinement of AI scribe-generated dragon medical workflow documentation, which is actively monitored by our team for quality and compliance.

About you
The successful applicant ideally has experience working in a previous clinical transcriptionist role for a large NZ DHB, has excellent communication, problem solving and relationship building skills. They will also have medical terminology knowledge, a customer centric focus and experience using health IT systems.
