About the Role

The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) provides coordination of patient flow within planned and acute orthopaedic pathways. The CNS priority is supporting acute and complex patients/Urihaumatē and Whānau/family to navigate and access orthopaedic care, education, and treatment choices for optimal health outcomes.

About the Team/Service/ Location

This is a Tauranga based opportunity where you will work with many different stakeholders in the planning of acute and planned orthopaedic care. Our dedicated Orthopaedic team is fast-moving, supportive, and passionate about patient outcomes.

As a CNS you will be expected to:
