About the Role

As an Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to the team, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of essential support services. You will be the first point of contact for a range of enquiries, assisting staff, contractors, and stakeholders while managing requests, records, and processes with professionalism and efficiency.

This is a varied role where you will use your organisational skills and attention to detail to support a wide range of administrative functions, including recruitment, payroll support, contractor inductions, reporting, financial administration, meeting coordination, and document management. You will work closely with managers and team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment while supporting the delivery of safe and effective healthcare services.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to managers and the wider Infrastructure team.
  • Coordinate and manage Infrastructure Helpdesk requests, including logging, tracking, and closing work orders.
  • Support employee administration processes, including timesheet management, staff orientation, and the maintenance of accurate employee records.
  • Assist with financial and operational administration, including purchasing, receipting, reporting, and document management.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and contribute to continuous improvement across the administration team.

About you

As an experienced Administrator, you will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality support. You will have the ability to manage competing priorities, build positive relationships, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will have:

  • Previous experience providing administrative support within a complex organisation, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with confidence using systems to support efficient processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality administrative services.
