About the Role

As a Support Associate, you will provide essential support services through a combination of domestic and orderly duties, helping to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, whānau, visitors, and staff.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be involved in cleaning and infection prevention activities, delivering supplies and meals, managing waste and linen, supporting the security and upkeep of the facility, and assisting with general operational tasks. Your work will play an important part in ensuring the health centre operates efficiently and that patients receive the highest standard of care and service.

About you

As a Support Associate, you will bring:

• Previous domestic, cleaning, orderly, or support services experience
• A strong focus on customer service and supporting patients and whānau
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good communication skills and a positive, can do attitude
• Knowledge of safe work practices, including the use of personal protective equipment
• A full New Zealand driver's licence
• A commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
